For the first time since the end of the apartheid regime, the African National Congress (ANC) cannot govern by itself. Instead, ANC has formed a broad centre-left coalition government that includes the Democratic Alliance (DA). Will the new coalition succeed in turning the tide and revitalizing the economy? How will the opposition to the left of the ANC act?
